Must Watch: Jae’Sean Tate Throws Down One Hander In 3X3U National Championship

Now that Jae’Sean Tate’s college career is over, he’s been taking place in the 3X3U National Championship, sponsored by Dos Equis.

The tournament is made up of college players that have exhausted their eligibility in a world cup type of format. He is joined by Vincent Edwards of Purdue, Nate Mason of Minnesota and Robert Johnson of Indiana as the Big Ten entry.

The team is 3-0 in pool play and headed to the quarterfinals tomorrow where it will face the SEC team, but Tate is more than holding his own.

Watch the above video where Tate takes his man off the dribble one-on-one, and attacks the rim with a one-handed throw-down. The move put the Big Ten team a bucket closer towards moving to 2-0 yesterday.

With the three wins, the Big Ten Team has already won $3,000.00 it will split, with more to potentially come.

You can catch the quarterfinal tomorrow at 1:55 PM Eastern streaming live on @3X3UHoops, and the subsequent rounds including the championship through the remainder of the day on ESPN2.
