Ohio State Releases New Spring Game Time

The folks at Ohio State have made the decision to move the game time up a couple of hours because of the probability of inclement weather. The new game time is 11:45 AM in stead of the previously communicated set time of 1:45 PM.

Additionally, the men’s lacrosse game that was to take place prior has already been moved to today (Friday).

Several other Big Ten programs have either moved their games or canceled them all together with the dooming forecast that came out earlier in the week — including Michigan.

Here is the complete release from Ohio State:

Game On! New Time for Spring Game is 11:45 A.M.

Parking is free around the stadium and on campus; umbrellas and ponchos allowed

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State University’s 2018 LiFESports Spring Game, presented by Nationwide, will be played Saturday in Ohio Stadium, but at a new time:11:45 a.m.

Parking is free in the lots around the stadium and on campus, with the exception of the west stadium lot. Gates into the stadium will open at 10 a.m. Parking lots will open at 6 a.m.

All tickets purchased will be valid for both the men’s lacrosse game vs. Michigan, which will now be played this evening (Friday) at 7 p.m. at Ohio Stadium, and for admission into the spring game on Saturday.  Therefore, fans attending this evening’s lacrosse game are encouraged to retain their tickets to attend Saturday’s spring game.

The game will still be broadcast live on the Big Ten Network and on flagship station 97.1 FM The Fan.
