Boom! Nation's No. 2 Center For The Class Of 2019 Commits To Ohio State

Buckeye recruiting got off to a slow start by its standards for 2019, but the hits have been plentiful since then. Now comes word that four-star prospect Harry Miller has verbally committed to Ohio State.

Boom! Nation’s No. 2 Center For The Class Of 2019 Commits To Ohio State

Ohio State just received another commitment for the class of 2019, and it’s a big one.

The country’s No. 2 rated center by 247Sports Composite rankings, Harry Miller, announced on Twitter that he will be joining the Buckeye program. This was in the same Tweet that confirmed the mission trip he was planning on announcing at was canceled.

The 6-4, 310 pounder out of Buford, Georgia was thought to be an Ohio State lean for some time now, but getting him to verbally commit — especially in the heart of the South — is a big win for Urban Meyer and his staff.

That brings the total commits for 2019 to ten total, and has catapulted the Buckeyes up to No. 6 nationally in the same 247Sports Composite Rankings.

There is still a long way to go, and Ohio State is still a bit behind of its usual pace in the college football arms race, but you can feel pretty good about the Buckeyes being close to the top once again when it’s all said and done.
