Urban Meyer Investigation: Zach Smith Had OVI Arrest In 2013, Did Not Inform Meyer Per Reports

I give up. It doesn’t do any good to walk through the timeline anymore since you probably already know it.

I also have no idea what to believe anymore and where the end of this rope will eventually lead at Ohio State. Each day seems to bring a new fight in the media, a new story angle, and more dirt on Zach Smith.

The newest bombshell is that Zach Smith was reportedly arrested and convicted on an OVI (Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated) in 2013. But that’s not all, according to Smith through his attorney, he did not inform Meyer of his transgressions then.

So do we believe this information or not? Who knows anymore. All we can focus on now is that this things will hopefully be over soon, and the most bizarre and disrespectful college sports story perhaps of all time can finally turn the page, with much needed healing to begin in earnest.

At this point, we’ll probably hear something else tomorrow. Stay tuned.
