The talk all this week was how much better Rutgers was than the last two years. In retrospect, either Ohio State is that good, or the Scarlet Knights aren’t ready for the big time just yet. Maybe both.

It was another dominating performance in Columbus, and here’s five things we took away from the 52-3 win.

Dwayne Haskins Again

Haskins once again showed the skill he possesses, and this time it was in some wet conditions. There’s still a major step-up in competition coming next week against TCU, but so far he’s rising up the Heisman boards and showing complete command of the offense.

He followed up a breakout performance against Oregon State with a 20-23 day that resulted in 233 yards and another four touchdowns against Rutgers. It would have been more if he didn’t grab a ball cap and clipboard shortly after tossing another long TD pass just after the half.

He’s going to be fun to watch the rest of the year.
