Ohio State continued to hold steady at No. 4 in the AP Poll released Monday. That comes on the heels of another offensive display by quarterback Dwayne Haskins and company during a blowout of Tulane by the score of 49-6.

The top-five remained unchanged, while Penn State — Ohio State’s next opponent — moved up a spot to No. 9 after shaking off a lackluster start against Illinois to pull away for a 63-24 in the second half.

That means the stage is set for an official top ten matchup when Ohio State travels to Penn State for yet another prime time white-out affair Saturday night. The winner will have cleared one huge hurdle on its quest for a Big Ten championship and potential College Football Playoff berth.

The loser will have been dealt a bit of a blow and will have an uphill climb to claw its way back into contention for both.
