By using a stout defense, exceptional special teams and just enough on offense (where’s Jim Tressel), Urban Meyer and crew put the the nation on notice.

There’s Still Fight In The Defense
The Silver Bullets have been maligned all year because of a slew of big plays given up all year long. In this one though, the defense came to play — allowing just six points by covering up receivers and stuffing the running game.
The insertion of Brendon White at safety, and the fact that the team is getting a little more healthy has something to do with it, but there’s also been some subtle changes in the scheme and attitude, and it might be starting to pay dividends at the right time.
