Dwayne Haskins is already the Big Ten’s single-season leader in passing yards and passing touchdowns, and now he can also boast about being the Big Ten’s most recognized Offensive Player of the Week in a single year.

That’s because the Big Ten recognized the sophomore quarterback for the award a record sixth time — passing another OSU quarterback Troy Smith.

All Haskins did on Saturday was to pass for 396 yards, six touchdowns and no interceptions on his way to leading the Buckeyes to a convincing and overwhelming 62-39 win over a Michigan team that had the nation’s No. 1 ranked defense.

Ohio State plays Northwestern in the Big Ten Championship game Saturday.
