Keep ’em comin’. The awards for Dwayne Haskins that is.

Earlier this week, the sophomore quarterback for Ohio State won both the Big Ten Conference’s Offensive Player of the Year and the Quarterback of the Year award.

Today, he added to his personal trophy case with news that he is the recipient of the Chicago Tribune’s Silver Football Award — presented annually to the best player in the Big Ten. The award has been handed out since 1924.

Haskins adds to the recent Ohio State run of success with the award — winning five of the last seven (J.T. Barrett 2016, Ezekiel Elliott 2015, Braxton Miller 2012 and 2013).

In fact, Ohio State has now won the Silver Football Award twenty times, the most of any other team. Michigan is second with seventeen winners.

Dwayne Haskins will lead Ohio State into Indianapolis to take on Northwestern in the Big Ten Championship Game Saturday.
